I believe that you can do anything if you wear the right outfit, however, I'm just as dedicated to what's on the inside as what you wear on the outside. As a seasoned consultant, educator, multi-disciplinary creative artist, and change agent, I am committed to creating brave spaces that foster exploration, evolution, and revolutionize our approach to workplace development. I see the untapped potential in every individual and am beyond thrilled to support your journey toward growth and success, be it in team building, public speaking, crafting the perfect copy, or diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training.

With a colorful palette of skills and a rich tapestry of experience, I've designed and implemented impactful corporate programs that foster organizational growth, and have whipped up innovative solutions to some pretty sticky predicaments. My unique approach to consulting is a delightful fusion of theatre, education, and administration – data-driven but heart-led; committed to nurturing positive relationships and always leading with light, love, levity, and a dash of hilarity. Drawing from my theatrical background – as an actor, director, music director, professor, and administrator – I've honed the art of cultivating brave spaces: sanctuaries of learning where you and your organization can flourish, free of discrimination, criticism, and any form of harm. Brave spaces started as a footnote in my course syllabi, an invitation to my students to step out of their comfort zones, because I believe there is no comfort in the growth zone.
